How to restore a deleted .config file in MX Linux
Responding to a post whereby a user accidentally deleted his hidden ~/.config file, this screencast addresses the relatively simple process of restoring it, IF, it was simply sent to the Trash, or how to restore the default config if it was permanently deleted.
The screencast does not cover data recovery, which would be the advised method if no backups are available, and the ~/.config folder was permanently deleted.
