The melodic indie pop of nothanks is created by musician and producer Niklas Ahlström. Born and raised in the university town of Uppsala, Niklas had his sight set on music from an early age. “Music has always been an essential part of my life and I’ve always been a creative person. Being a producer lets me combine both those things.”. Driven by his curiosity and appetite for discovery, Ahlström continues to expand his artistic gallery by splitting his musical persona into different monikers. Under nothanks, he takes on a softer approach but with the same attention to detail and rhythmic groove as always. With sweet harmonies and a steady forward-motion he propels the listener into a galaxy of dreamy bangers.
