You may have downloaded the credit card transactions from your credit card company in a text or Excel file format and contained in that are columns for Date, Memo or description of the transaction and an amount.
I will show you how with Zed Axis you can add the additional fields of Payee, Expense Account etc that QuickBooks needs to create a credit card charge.
