All Luke Ford wanted to do was play college football in front of his dying grandfather, but unfortunately the NCAA denied him an immediate waiver and Luke had to watch as his grandfather passed away without ever seeing him play. In today’s video I will talk about the tragic situation, other kids who got waivers over him and the problems with the NCAA waiver system. Enjoy!
