Here is the Step by Step Process
1. Download Raspbian OS Zip Download Link JESSIE WITH PIXEL and extract, you will get disk image
2. Use 8Gb or 16 GB Memory Card format it using SD Card Formatter
3. Then Open Win32 Disk Imager link the image which you have extracted from zip file and click the "Write Button " once done eject the memory card and Install in raspberry pi.
4. Put all the input and in last put the power cable and you are done
