When I tell my friends & family that I am making money online with Amazon FBA they often look at me with a blank face. I am going to show you how Amazon FBA works and the 10 steps to a successful FBA product for beginners.
So what is Amazon FBA? In summary, FBA is the sourcing of products (usually from China, often called private label products), enhancing those products, importing them directly to Amazon UK fulfilment centres and then creating a listing and marketing it to launch your product. Amazon then fulfil orders and manages 99% of the customer service, at this stage FBA can become a very passive income.
These are my 10 steps to Amazon FBA success, I have included links to videos covering the relevant step in greater detail:
1) Find High Demand Products that are selling well on Amazon- with an opportunity to enter the market (not price!)

2) Track & Verify – demand, seasonality, Amazon restrictions, patents/trademarks

3) Find Suppliers through Alibaba.com and use Alibaba product listings to estimate profit margins (remember these prices can usually be negotiated further).
4) Order Product Samples - for testing and to compare quality (ask for packaging samples)
5) Negotiate and Order - request final sample of product

6) Arrange Delivery to Amazon - through supplier or with a freight forwarder

7) Create Your Amazon Product Listing - this listing will be keyword optimised and feature professional photography to help you stand out in the Amazon search results.
8) Launch Your Product - using Amazon PPC, Facebook Adverts, discount codes or giveaways. Amazon will fulfil orders and manage all returns.

9) Maintain Listing - other than the occasional piece of customer service the only listing maintenance is usually managing negative reviews and re-ordering your next batch of stock
