Concatenate Operator in New Syntax

The concatenate operator (`||`) in ABAP New Syntax is used to join two or more strings directly within expressions.
It replaces the older `CONCATENATE ... INTO` statement, making string joining shorter, cleaner, and easier to read.
You can chain multiple `||` operators to merge several strings, and it works seamlessly with inline declarations and string templates.
