How to widen pads without causing phase issues
Stereo widening can be one of the most exciting processes one can apply on a synth pad, but it can also cause severe phase headaches if done incorrectly. Here's a trick to avoid phase issues but still create an exciting stereo feel for your pads, using ShaperBox from Cableguys.
