Each lathe has a turning chuck. It, in turn, is equipped with cams of various designs and, accordingly, functionality. For clamping on the outside of the workpiece, straight cams are used, if it is necessary to clamp a large part along the outer diameter, then we use reverse cams for the lathe chuck.
