Black Mass Electronics - JMXL Pickup Set // Full Demo
Very excited to help introduce some of the new line of pickups from Black Mass Electronics. If you've heard anything from me with this Jazzmaster over the past month or so, then you've heard the JMXL set in action already. They're true JM-style single-coils, but with oversized 1/4" Alnico 5 rod magnets and double tall coil height. Don't ask me technical things about that—I will not know—but I do know that the cleans sparkle like nothing else in my guitar lineup, and the neck pickup in particular is round and punchy with plenty of articulation. I wasn't a neck pickup person before. Now I am. These pickups rule, just check 'em out.
