Samoan Umu
experience from 10 months ago when the fam was exploring Samoa. Our friend Tai welcomed us into his home and let us feast with his family:) an umu is the type of oven the locals have been building for generations. They are used for special ocasions and we feel so honored that they slaughtered a pig for our visit. Anything can be cooked in an umu.
