Render time extremely depends on what you put into placeholders. With 50 images in placeholders I got render time up to 30 minutes. With 50 videos (720p-1080p) I got render time up to 150 minutes. I strongly recommend to render in CS6 as I got twice as fast rendering performance in CS6 than in CS5. (My configuration is i7-3770k + 32GB ram + Win7×64)
No plugins required (OF prerendered)
