Something light and refreshing to add to your lunch options or a perfect appetizer to have before dinner! I love this particular dish because it’s so versatile. You can add anything you want! Vietnamese ham, imitation crab meat, shredded chicken. I’ve seen some with even steamed asparagus and tofu. I like to keep mine super simple. I hope you guys enjoy it! ❤️.
Ingredients:

Shredded Romaine lettuce ( normally I'd only use lettuce but I had some left over spinach so i decided to add it in as well)
Shredded Carrots
Cooked Shrimp ( sliced in half)
Sliced Cucumber
Mint Leaves
Cilantro (leaves only if possible)
Sauce:
2 Tblsp Peanut Butter
2 Tblsp Hoisin Sauce
1 Tblsp Sambal (garlic chili paste)
1/2 cup Water
