Daydreamin’: Indie Pop Construction Kits from Big Fish Audio offers a collection of groundbreaking Indie Pop construction kits with a youthful acoustic vibe. Played in the style of standout artists Wake The Wild, Fiji Blue, and LAUREL, the sounds in each of these 20 kits feature many live recorded acoustic and electronic elements such as legendary drum machines like the Roland-TRs, Linn, and Oberheim, as well as guitars and bass. The synthesizers are also live-recorded to lend to the authenticity of the Indie Pop scene. What makes this pack particularly interesting is how we processed much of the audio (specifically drums, guitars, and bass) via outboard tape deck machines and apex saturators to add a veneer of neo-nostalgia.
