Integrating amoCRM with WhatsApp using Salebot
Connecting WhatsApp to amoCRM using salebot: step-by-step instructions.
To connect WhatsApp to amoCRM, you will need:
1. Admin access to amoCRM
2. An email address for registering with Salebot
3. A smartphone with WhatsApp installed and the required number (you will need to scan the QR code on the screen)
4. Log out of the WhatsApp app on your computer or web.whatsapp in your browser
IMPORTANT: When connecting WhatsApp to amoCRM, you will be able to use WhatsApp on your phone and in Bitrix24. If you use WhatsApp through the desktop app or through a browser, the integration will fail and you will need to reconnect.
