This full-stack developer roadmap 2021 is a full-fledged guide to help you build great foundations and, with some experience, some great projects that can help you build your resume. In this video, we talk about the set of concepts you should learn before starting your full-stack development journey.
Here's what's required for you to get started:
HTML5: This is a markup language you use to build simple components of a website, like buttons, headings, images, paragraphs, lists and a lot more. Each of these components can be built using HTML5 Tags.
CSS3: You can use Cascading Style Sheets or CSS to style the components you have built using the HTML5 Tags. Using CSS Selectors, you can style specific HTML5 elements.
JavaScript: JS is used to make the website dynamic. You'll see the effect of clicking a button, or hovering over an element with JS. You'll learn about DOM Manipulation with which you can select specific HTML5 elements and then create an event listener for it. You'll also learn about async await, fetch APIs and more. You'll also learn about
ReactJS/Vue/Angular: Choose a JS framework that you can use to build reusable components. React is in high demand right now.
NodeJS: You can use Node to build a server for your website.
There's a lot more in backend development that we'll explore in the next video. Stay Tuned.
