Skills:
Frozen Boulder until Level 8 (this is the hardest part. run Rat Den a couple times for level 8)
Freezing Leap until level 16
Orb of Frost until maxed
Frozen Boulder synergy until max
Icicles synergy until max
Breath of Ice synergy until max
At level 24, GET PORTAL OF ICE
**While leveling you can put 1 point into Frozen Hide, Power of the Ancients, Avatar of Frost
if you have some +skills gear. Otherwise, it's more damage to have these points in synergies.**
Attributes:
PUT ALL POINTS IN ENERGY UNTIL MIN LEVEL 10. YOU WILL NOT HAVE MANA IF YOU DON'T.
Then follow the 3 points intelligence 1 point vitality rule.
Keep in mind, you can manage your attributes as you level.
EX If you feel like you're running out of mana fast, get more energy.
If you feel too squishy, get more vitality (or just dodge more if SC).
If your damage is falling off, more intelligence.

Mana/Kill, Life/Kill for sustain

Faster Cast Rate
+# to Cold Skill Damage
+% to Cold Skill Damage
-% to Enemy Cold Resistance
Early Runewords to make (can farm bases in Nightmare Black Tower/Hell 1 Pumpkin Patch)
Divinity (4os 1-handed mace). Jotunn can wear x2 of these. One of the only classes in the game that can.
Skysong (4os shield/spellblade). Easier to get runes for than Divinity and still really good.
Farm runes in NM Black Tower and by completing the first quest in nm act 1. Prospect runes down.
Mystify (3os armor). Can roll +2 skills.
Ghost (2os boots). Can roll +2 skills.
Scholar (2os helm). +1 skills and mana on kill.
