People's Deputy Oleksiy Honcharenko reported that the directive of the Land Forces Command to the Operational Commands and the CCC 116/2/1/21409 dated 09/19/2024 provides that mobilization is possible only for men aged 25 to 49.
“That is, men aged 50-60 can be mobilized only under a separate mobilization order. Know your rights. And you can refer to this directive,” he noted.
The text of his directive has not yet been published anywhere. And most likely it will not be made public.
Regarding conscription, Honcharenko noted the following:
"Conscription is possible only with written consent.
In the directive of the Land Forces Command to the Operational Commands and the CCC 116/2/1/21409 dated 09/19/2024, paragraph 1 indicates the non-conscription of men from 18 to 25 years old. This directive has already reached the regional and district CCCs through the Operational Commands.
There are no demobilizations of those already mobilized. We will continue to engage and press," he noted.
