I bought it here: http://ali.pub/4q5k02 on sale, and such quality! Surprisingly, there's no correlation between price and quality with Chinese products. It's only worth buying from trusted sellers.
I finally found a minute to look inside the Mestek DM90A and show you what's inside this multimeter.
Everything turned out more than expected: the main chip is hidden under a droplet, the circuit is very similar to my ZT-101, but the build quality is a cut above, no complaints. And I modified my old ZT-101... so either the Chinese are growing, or the Mestek brand is king ;)
Overall, my impressions of what I saw were very positive. ---
