Building a Second Floor Floor System (Our Wall Collapsed)
We had a couple of weeks of bad weather which put us a little behind in our filming, however we did get some footage from those weeks.
We had put a tarp over the framing in an attempt to keep it dry, but the snow load collapsed one of our walls. I spent most of a day fixing it, and then we spent a lot of time shoveling snow.
When we put the floor framing up it was raining so I didn't get any footage of that either. We framed the floor with the same joists, this time we just have a load bearing beam in the middle to give us an opening for our stairs to go through.
