William Benckert Claeson is a musician and producer based in Stockholm, Sweden. His musical talents were evident from an early age; he started taking piano lessons at the age of twelve, unaware that he was laying the foundation for what was ultimately to become his livelihood. Today, his candid musicianship has earned him wide recognition as both a brilliant musician and exciting composer. With uplifting instrumentation and spirited harmonies, William invites the listener to embark on a pure jazz pleasure trip, with this particular project offering more “easy going” jazz, and showcasing a different side of his musicianship. The rhythmic patterns used therein are carefully calibrated underneath a canopy of virtuous piano skills, resulting in vibrant and effervescent compositions.
