Easy Demon/9* Layout - Captain Cosmo
When the Geometry Dash Space Gauntlet contest was announced a couple months ago, I slowly started to entertain the idea of joining.
Usually I don't join gauntlet contests, since I always prioritize making what I have a strong vision to make... but I actually managed to come up with some ideas for this level that I really like! Also all the power to Rob for getting NCS on board with this game, and huge props to all the amazing creators that have been doing stuff with their songs... but NCS songs sadly just aren't really my taste so I haven't been involved. I'll take any chance to use a classic Waterflame song tho, that's what I live for lmao. Nice to have a gauntlet with a little more freedom in that regard cuz I get most of my inspiration from the song I use in my levels.
Anyway this is supposed to be a 9* level. It will be easier with indicators (I know I know, I truly am a monster), but I'll prob make some little nerfs and changes in the final level. I've got some people playtesting so that should help.
Anyway I've been busy with other stuff and I was trying to come up with ideas for this level before committing to it, so now I got about half the total time left to work on it... but honestly that might be a good thing. I really need a good reason to stop taking forever on everything I make and now I have no choice! I'm releasing a showcase of the layout here, so now I'm accountable to finish this. Look forward to the deco! I'll prob stream some of it :)
