Adam The Woo's Father Has Revealed his son's Cause Of Death.
It has been five weeks since beloved YouTuber Adam the Woo, whose real name was David Adam Williams, left this world — a loss that sent waves of grief through his family, friends, and millions of fans across the globe.
Adam the Woo passed away on December 22, 2025, at his home in Celebration, Florida, at the age of 51. At the time, the Orange County Medical Examiner’s Office classified his passing as an unattended death, noting there were no signs of foul play. Officials indicated that the autopsy report would take several months to complete, with results expected in late February or March 2026, leaving fans anxiously awaiting answers.

On Monday, January 26, 2026, Adam’s father, Mr. Jim Williams, who alongside the family has consistently kept fans informed through social media, shared a significant update. In a heartfelt Facebook post, he revealed that the Medical Examiner’s report had been finalized and delivered to him by email earlier that day.
Jim wrote:
"To our family and friends, and to all the dear friends of Adam the Woo, those who knew him and those who had never met him. You, along with us (his immediate family), have been patiently waiting for the Medical Examiner’s Office to finish their autopsy report. We were told the results could take up to three months.
I am happy to announce that the Medical Examiner’s report is completed and I received it today by email.

How, why, what caused Adam to die? The short answer is natural causes. The Report reads, Manner of Death: Natural. The full report is 9 pages. I am not going to read it to you.

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic and hypertensive cardiovascular disease. Contributory: Obesity, the rest is technical medical jargon."
He continued with words that brought both clarity and deep reflection:
"Our beloved Son, your beloved friend, died, in essence, of a heart attack in his sleep from health issues he probably never knew he had. Now, we can all stop guessing. Be grateful the Lord allowed him to die at home and not in a foreign country. Be grateful he was found by friends as hard as that was, and not some nameless stranger.
Adam had big plans for 2026. We all think we do. The Bible tells us the truth, Come on, you who say Today or tomorrow we’ll go into such and such a town and spend a year there and trade and make a profit — yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life? For you are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes. Instead you ought to say, ‘If the Lord wills, we will live and do this or that.’ Be alert. Be ready. We love you all. Thank you for loving Adam."

Following the update, fans once again flooded social media with messages of love, condolences, and gratitude to the Williams family. Many reflected on the fragile and unpredictable nature of life, expressing how Adam’s journey had inspired them to travel, explore, and appreciate each day more deeply.
David Adam Williams was laid to rest in a private ceremony on January 6, 2026, at Mount Peace Cemetery in St. Cloud, Florida. The funeral was attended by close family members, friends, and members of his church community, honoring Adam’s wishes for a quiet and intimate farewell.

Friends of Adam have since shared plans to hold a public celebration of his life in California, where fans will be invited to gather and honor his legacy once all arrangements are finalized and a proper date is set.
Adam the Woo was a popular American vlog YouTuber and one of the earliest creators to embrace the platform, widely credited with pioneering amusement park and travel vlogging, inspiring an entire generation of content creators around the world.

Adam the woo is survived by his parents, Jim and June Williams, and his sister, Faith.
Adam’s legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing him, meeting him, or simply walking alongside his journey through a screen.

Rest in peace, Adam the Woo.
