In this video, I explain step by step how to install Pop!_OS alongside Windows 11 safely on a PC in UEFI mode. For this demonstration I am using an Acer Nitro N50-600, but this method works on any UEFI compatible PC or laptop.

Update Package List
sudo apt update
Install os-prober
sudo apt install os-prober
Detect other installed operating systems
sudo os-prober
List partitions
lsblk
Mount the Windows EFI partition on /mnt (replace /dev/sda1 with the correct partition)
sudo mount /dev/sda1 /mnt
Check the contents of the mounted partition
sudo ls -la /mnt/EFI
Copy the Windows Boot Manager to the System-d boot menu
sudo cp -ax /mnt/EFI/Microsoft /boot/efi/EFI
Check for the presence of the Microsoft directory
sudo ls -lh /boot/efi/EFI
