Central Park Trails - Modderfontein MTB Track - Green Route
Paul and I hit the 20km Green Route at Central Park Trails at Modderfontein MTB Track, aka Two The Core Trails Modderfontein.
We did this mountain bike ride on 28 July, and as I have gotten into enduro/ downhill type riding, it had been a while since I had done any XC type MTB riding and the uphills took a toll on my fitness! LOL.
Next time you mountain bike at Central Park Trails, be sure to try the Cheeky pale ale beer afterwards! We demolished a few after our ride, which helped a lot! There is a restaurant at Modderfontein Reserve as well.
