I learned too late if you start the meta flowey fight you cant do this one, so I edited my save to have the same LV, equip, ammo, and inventory as I had before, I did full geno in ruins, and aborted it vs Martlet, and got all the kills in dunes, and killed Starlo and Axis to get LV12
