Actual AMD Performance mode stuttering fix ! explanation in desc
Basically the stuttering happens because on dx11 (perf mode) The shaders re load every time you go into a game, this is a tutorial to enable shader cache so they load just once and stay in cache, also it is good to use amd adrenalin version shown in video. Make sure to restart your pc after the registry change. Thank you all.
