Apple's 'Project Titan' aka electric car has been rumored for years. Is it real? Will it impact Tesla? Does Tim Cook have a shot at beating Elon Musk? Besides having billions of dollars to waste trying to catchup, Apple's transport ambitions look like a joke in the wake of Tesla's continued execution.
