New upcoming convars mentioned:
apartment.adminauthbypass "1" allows admins access to apartments. apartment.adminapartmentnoclip (enabled by default) to noclip through rented apartments.
player.adminsafezonelooting (disabled by default) allows admins to loot wounded players, corpses or bags
