You can export any video frame from your timeline or browser as a still image.
First-Time Setup (If needed): The Save Current Frame option is not active by default. To add it, go to File - Share - Add Destination, and double-click Save Current Frame.
How to Export a Frame:
1 Locate the frame: In the timeline or browser, position the playhead on the frame you want to export.
2 Open the Share menu: Go to File - Share - Save Current Frame (or click the Share button in the toolbar and select Save Current Frame).
3 Review Info: In the window that appears, you can hover over the image to skim the video, or update the title and description in the Info pane.
◦ Note: Changing the title here does not change the original clip name, which is used as the exported filename.
4 Adjust Settings: Click the Settings tab to choose your file type. Keep Scale image to preserve aspect ratio checked unless you are working with non-square pixels (like 1440 x 1080) and need to match another project.
5 Save: Click Next, choose your file name and save location, and click Save.
