I've been looking for a job for 24 months.
During this time, I've applied hundreds of times.
I waited for interviews.
I sent my CV.
I kept trying again and again.
But as time goes by, one starts to ask oneself:
"Does being over 40 mean becoming invisible?"
Because sometimes experience isn't enough.
Even years of work experience,
taking responsibility,
and crisis management skills aren't enough.
I just want to work and be able to start over.
