Discovering the 118 operations center in Bologna
The Bologna Local Health Authority Open Day was a sold-out event to showcase the remarkable work of the 118 emergency response center. A day of emergency response, participants were able to participate live in a typical emergency, experiencing firsthand the sophisticated geolocation technologies, alert systems and procedures of emergency vehicles and first responders, and volunteers trained in resuscitation procedures, all connected to the emergency response center thanks to the DAE RespondER.h app.
