Timur Shabakaev - SURAH 114: "AN-NAS" ("MANKIND")
The final, one hundred and fourteenth surah of the Holy Quran, "An-Nas" ("People"), is considered special by Muslims. It consists of six astonishingly sounding verses revealed during the Meccan period of Muhammad's (pbuh) prophethood.
"An-Nas" is a continuation of the previous surah, "Al-Falaq," in which the Creator calls upon His creation to seek His protection from the evil present in the world.
The instigators of evil, as stated in the final verses of the Quran, can be both humans themselves and Satan and the jinn. However, whatever the source of evil, one must rely solely on the Lord of the worlds, who is the best of helpers.
One of the hadiths of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) states: "Indeed, the Most High has forgiven my followers for what Satan inspires in them and what their souls inspire in them, so long as they do not commit it" (Bukhari, Muslim, at-Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud).
Surat al-Nas, along with Surah 113, "The Dawn," is the best means of protection from evil. This is stated in one of the authentic hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him): "Do you want to know the best words to remember when seeking the protection of the Creator? These are the last two surahs of the Holy Quran" (narrated by Nasai).
In practice, it is customary to recite Surah Nas not only during the five daily raka'ahs but also at other times. The virtue of reciting it is mentioned in the following hadith: "This night Allah revealed to me verses that have no parallel. These are the Surahs Al-Falaq and An-Nas" (Muslim, Nasai, at-Tirmidhi).

In approximate Russian transcription it sounds like this: "Subhaana Rabbika Rabbil-izzati 'ammaa yasyfuun, wa-salayamun 'alal-mursaleen, walhamdu li-Llayahi Rabbi l-'alamimin"
Meaning:
Glorified be your Lord, the Lord of Glory, He is above all that is attributed to Him! Peace be upon the Messengers, and praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds!
