==Writers' Notes==
I started working on the video after CCBC 15 as I originally hoped to get it out in early April because … themes and such. More on that later. But it took longer than expected, and with it came all sorts of new techniques. I found out how to use painterly textures, magnetic masks, and even a breakable wall for that one scene. All while jamming in as many references as I could.
This includes "themes and such" relating to the endgame, which is an … interesting experience. As a core part of not only the original hunt storyline but also my own story and reactions (which some may have seen already in poorly veiled disguises), having that covered is inevitably bound to happen. But since this is a puzzlehunt video (and being cognizant of how certain "meta topics" are discussed), I’m relying more on brevity, memes, and double meanings … and being upfront about that here and in the good ol’ spoiler warning.
Anyway … some of the playful sounds used in the video include anime remixes by @turboalt and @samuelkimmusic as well as a piano cover by @uaaaaak5622 , so check them out on their channels! But I also made use of a pre-existing model at https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/blue-... for the Budding fountain. It's my first time working with poses for a pre-made character model!
