When a customer brought this to my shop, he intentionally installed it upside down because he claimed the hard drive would make a noise every time he powered it on. I apologize for the mistake of not mentioning that detail.
After a week, the noise returned, the drive was no longer detected, and a warning message kept appearing on the screen. I have another video showing how I replaced the hard drive and backed up the data before reformatting.
