Dividing Standard Form | How to Divide Numbers in Standard Form | GCSE Maths
In this video we look at how to divide numbers written in standard form where we also need to leave our answer in standard form. To do this we can rearrange our calculation so that we can divide our two numbers out the front first and then use index laws to divide our powers of 10. We make sure that our answer is written in standard form by checking that it is a number between 1 and 10 multiplied by a power of 10.
