In the previous calibration guides linked above, the videos demonstrate how you can go about quickly adjusting your Mac with build in display brightness. This would include any Mac laptop and any iMac. However, if you like to fine tune the brightness value, this can be done on both Mac with standard function keys and Mac with Touch Bar.
