I miss using my magic mouse when I moved from mac to pc. I can bind my magic mouse but the scroll function doesn't work. There are apps that can fix this problem but they aren't free, and it's not cheap!
This tutorial will help you with this problem just by installing the AppleWirelessMouse64.exe driver from bootcamp installer from Apple. Just go and download from this link and install
