Shimano CUES - WTF Is It & Why Should You Care!?
Shimano CUES was released this week and it gives us an insight into the future of Shimano's midrange groupsets. Is this the death of the triple chainset and rim brakes? CUES U4000, CUES U6000 and CUES U8000 aim to streamline the 9, 10 and 11-speed disc brake-only ecosystem to improve compatibility and durability in a "cost-effective" package.
Here's what we know so far about Shimano CUES for bikes and now road bikes. Is this the biggest cycling tech / bike tech of 2023? It could certainly have the biggest implication on the most bike riders out there.
