Hacı Ahmet and his sons, who sold liver on a street vendor in Şanlıurfa, sold it all, even reaching the radio in their homes, and opened a small kebab shop. Over the years, the family faced many hardships, from street vendors to shops that opened and closed. In what can be described as a triumph of perseverance, they finally opened Sembol Ocakbaşı to the people of Şanlıurfa and Istanbul. Since 1989, Sembol Ocakbaşı has been offering its guests a feast for the palate with its famous liver, cubed meat, and many other delicacies. He shared the story of Sembol Ocakbaşı with its founder, Ali Sembol Gurmoss.
