2 days before the anniversary of Windows XP, I came up with the idea of assembling a computer from old components, so that the characteristics would be as similar as possible to my computer from childhood. It turned out even better than I expected! Therefore, in addition to building a PC, I decided to play old games on it.
Read more about the two computers I mentioned.
In 2007, my older brother and I lived in the same room and we had two computers.
[Characteristics of my PC in 2007]:
Processor: Intel celeron D 1.7 GHz
Motherboard: ASUS P4P800-SE
RAM: 512 MB DDR 1400 MHz
Hard drive: 40 GB Seagate Barracuda 7200
Video card Ati radeon 9600 128 MB.
System: Windows XP SP2, but in the period from October 1, 2007 to October 31, 2007, Windows Vista SP0 was installed.
Monitor: 1024 by 768 60 Hz
[My brother's PC specs in 2007]:
Processor: Intel pentium 4 3.0 GHz
Motherboard: ASUS P4P800-SE
RAM: 768 MB DDR 1400 MHz
Hard drive: 80 GB Seagate Barracuda 7200
Video card Ati radeon 9250 128 MB
System: Windows XP SP2
Monitor: 1024 by 768 60 Hz
[PC specifications in video]:
Processor: Intel Celeron D 2.0 GHz
Motherboard: P4PE-X
RAM: 2 GB DDR 1400 MHz
Hard drive: 80 GB Seagate Barracuda 7200
Video card: Ati Radeon 9250 128 MB
Monitor: 1280 by 1024 75 Hz (But in the video it was 60 Hz with a resolution of 1024 by 768, for the surroundings)
At the same time, I still have an Ati radeon 9600, but since I have been treating it like nothing for the last 8 years, it was visited by a dump...
Games I've played:
Urban Assault: #1998 #urbanassault
GTA 3: #2001 #gta3 #gta
Richard Burns Rally #2003-#2004 #richardburnsrally #RBR
Stronghold Crusaders #2002 #stronghold #strongholdcrusader2
GTA San Andreas: #gtasanandreas #gtasa
Medieval 2 total war: #2005 #medieval #totalwar
Of course, these are not all the games that I played, but I think that for this video I took plenty of games, if you want more, just ask, I can definitely remember 5 more games, just in childhood due to the fact that the disc was small, didn't have to choose.
