Web Designer Tutorials for Xara Web Designer 9 Premium part 4. In this web design video I will show you how to add links to the fixed position buttons. In order to create a link for each fixed position button you must surround it with the anchor tag that allows you to add links to html body elements. If you want to link to an internal web page within your website then you will have to use the page file name. Also the internal links will not work until you upload your website to the internet. However we will not go over that process during this video so be sure to stay tuned for future episodes that will cover how to complete full process to make fixed buttons behave as links.
The syntax for internal website links in Xara site is "www.yourwebsitename.com/pagefilename". If you have any questions on how adding links work and video is not sufficient please let us know.
