Home Brewing Beer A Mango Beer With Home Grown Hops
Back to home brewing, this time we do an all grain beer with mango puree. we have made 3 other similar mango beer over the years each time changing the recipes a little.

1:05 Put strike water into mash tun.
1:38 Stirring in the grain dough in.
3:05 Temp checking and adding hops to the mash.
4:12 Vorlauf and fill boil kettle after 1 hour mash.
5:15 Adding 3 oz Home Grown cascade hops after hot break.
7:50 Last 1 minutes add hops and irish moss.
8:13 Get clumbsy drop things.
9:45 Flame out Og reading taken, wort chiller in.
11:05 Adding the mango puree.
12:30 Add yeast put on cover and air lock and wait.
