Cappucino, Switzerland from filmmaker Tamer Ruggli, is about a high school student whose life is brewing over his attraction to a classmate. Aleem Khan's Diana, United Kingdom, is taking place on the same day the Princess of Wales dies, as it follows an Indian pre-op trans person devastated by the news. Tracks, US, by Deana Williams is about two young black women who are falling in love despite their families' stern objections. And in Carlita, US, by Afdhere Jama, a gender-bending person refuses to be dismissed and will remind you of her name.
