In America, they make great movies because huge amounts of money are poured into the cinema there. But here in Russia, there are plenty of talented actors, cooler than Hollywood ones, who are sitting without work, and a sea of ideas that are not being implemented simply because of a lack of money. And we decided to do something about it.
That is why we, on the TV channel "Step of Russia", are starting a marathon to raise funds for filming the first Russian series about dentists "Zh.B.S. - There Lived a Dentist"! The script for this series is taken from 75 years of experience of several generations of a family of Russian dentists! This is unique material that must be brought to life on screen! Zh.B.S. is the first Russian TV series about dentistry. Moreover, the series is based on real events from dental practice. The scriptwriter is a real practicing hereditary dental surgeon - Alexey Ushakov. He developed the script over 5 years, and he wrote it in just 1 day.
The director of the film is the creator of the company “BCC Media”, producer and lead singer of the group: Misha & Saint Players - Mikhail Belokopyt. The film shows scenes of absolutely real clinical cases, this is a comedy in which you will definitely recognize yourself and your friends!
One of the important details is that new faces are filmed in this series! Interesting and talented actors, for whom the series Zh.B.S., with a high degree of probability, can become a lucky ticket to the world of big Cinema. And you can help them with this!
Now the pilot episode has already been filmed, but in order to launch the filming of a full season, funds are needed. The guys launched a crowdfunding campaign on the Planeta.ru website and we decided to support them.
