Chae-ah is one of the four so-called "Gangnam Bikini Riding" who rode on a motorcycle wearing a bikini and a helmet in Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul on August 11. The four are YouTuber and Twitch streamer HANURU, and actors Chae-ah, Min-ju, and Joo-hee from the MIB. Those who rode for 20 minutes from around 12:39 p.m. were voluntarily accompanied by police who were dispatched near the Hyundai Department Store Trade Center branch in Gangnam-gu 20 minutes later and were investigated.
MIB is a company that legally streams adult content in Korea. MIB actors who met at the scene said, "We are performing with the intention of spreading the ideology of RAP." RAP is one of the Dutch sex education ideologies, explaining, "Youth have a right to sex, people should accept it, and teenagers should be allowed to participate and speak."
He also added, "I want to ride not only in Seoul but also in more cities in the future."
Meanwhile, in August last year, Bike YouTuber Boss J was riding a motorcycle with a bikini-clad model Imgreen in the Gangnam area, and both were sent to the prosecution without detention on charges of excessive exposure under the Minor Offenses Act.
