Unreal Racing - Improved steer response on brake/handbrake

You can avoid obstacles much better while brake/handbrake and keeping a good speed.
Also you can control much better the oversteer, just check the first drift on the first obstacle. before was more hard and low precision, and most times the car just keeps rotating to that side instead of recover.
