This segment of Tat-Stories comes to you from the Golden State Tattoo Expo held in Pasadena California, thanks to Nikko for all the hospitality.
Our first interview in this segment is a little different. Instead of grabbing an ink tale we stopped by a booth for a company that specializes in tattoo removal. Their name is Removery and they are one of the fastest growing tattoo removal chains with over 60 locations. We wanted to get the skinny on what is happening in the removal world and Kristen, the Removery spokesperson, was happy to fill in the blanks for us.

While talking to the folks at Removery we also were able to talk to someone that actually had a tattoo removed, so Frasier shared his experience with us. HE talked about how heft a sense of relief because it allows you to put a memory to rest. He's taking the exes lips off his body.
Our second Interview is with Vanessa who was visiting from northern California. She came down do connect with a lot of friends in the industry. She's both the manager of a shop named Plug Tattoo and collector not to mention a petite sized version of awesome. She did let us know that she's dabbling in tattooing - we did not know you could dabble - but she is. Vanessa let us know she was tattooing her legs over the weekend - wow dabbling. She was kind enough to walk ua through a great black out piece that is eventually going to get some color. She even had an artist put her own lips on her - she cannot be Frasier's ex, right? Vanessa let us know she has fallen in lot with geometric work and she is looking forward to getting something cool in the future on her whole chest - not the boobs - right?
