How to Turn on a Computer without a Power Button [2020]

If you're like me, you had to put your pc together before you had a case, and got to the end of the build and realized you didn't know how to turn it on!
This video goes through the steps of how to figure out where the power switch connector is located on your motherboard and a hack to switch it on without having a power button.

This is a temporary solution until you get the power switch.
CAUTION:
Do this at your own risk. I am not responsible for broken or damaged equipment.
To be safe:
Before touching any of your components, touch something metal with your hands to discharge any static electricity on your body. The power supply box is a good thing to use for this.
Be careful not to touch the motherboard with the screwdriver as this can short out the board.
Only touch the correct pins with the screwdriver. They will be marked "Power Switch" or something similar.
