SOME QUICK ADJUSTMENTS. The IPC planar is very good for welt is a higher value option than I realized, my apologies. For support welt, tutorial is a great lightcone option and is amazing for both ehr requirements and energy regen. If pairing with wind this is likely your top choice. For the support welt build graphic, 167 speed is only necessary for eagle! (however 160 should still be your minimum for support welt.) Huohuo's lightcone is honestly more mid than I remembered. Still a fine option and offers a lot, but not something I would go out of my way for.
